NFL Draft 2020: Tua Tagovailoa to Dolphins a lock in latest mock
Jacksonville also acquired another first-round draft pick by way of the Los Angeles Rams.
Tristan Wirfs from Iowa played with the Hawkeyes for three seasons, departing one year early and declaring for the 2020 NFL Draft. He started seven games in his freshman year and experienced some legal trouble in the summer preceding his sophomore year, but was a team leader during the rest of his career at Iowa.
Wirfs also received second-team All-American and the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year honors in 2019. He performed well at the NFL Combine and scored 6.48, which is indicative he will be a good offensive fit with the Jaguars.
There’s a good chance he becomes the best lineman from this draft class and even though I have him selected after Mekhi Becton, I think he could have an All-Pro career with the Jaguars.
