The Los Angeles Chargers finished out the 2019 season 5-11, winning their first game in overtime against the Colts. They also were victorious over Miami, Chicago, Green Bay and their last victory was Dec. 8.

The Chargers are in need of a quarterback, offensive linemen depth and cornerback and adding Justin Herbert to the roster will give the Chargers the strength they need in a signal-caller

Herbert played for the Oregon Ducks all four years of his college career and completed 827-of-1,293 completed passes for 10,541 yards, 95 touchdowns and 23 interceptions for a career rating of 153.1.

In the 2019 season, he completed 67 percent of his attempts for 2,471 yards, 32 touchdowns and six interceptions for a passer rating of 156.8.
