NFL Draft 2020: Tua Tagovailoa to Dolphins a lock in latest mock

Herbert played for the Oregon Ducks all four years of his college career and completed 827-of-1,293 completed passes for 10,541 yards, 95 touchdowns and 23 interceptions for a career rating of 153.1.
In the 2019 season, he completed 67 percent of his attempts for 2,471 yards, 32 touchdowns and six interceptions for a passer rating of 156.8.
