NFL Draft 2020: Tua Tagovailoa to Dolphins a lock in latest mock
The Cardinals finished the 2019 season 5-10-1, ending their first game in a 27-27 tie against the Detroit Lions. They defeated the Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta Falcons, New York Giants, Cleveland Browns and Seattle Seahawks.
The Cardinals are in need of a defensive playmaker, receiver and an offensive lineman.
Henry Ruggs III, the wide receiver from Alabama, fills the need for a pass-catcher and a spot on the offensive line. He spent three years at Alabama playing for legendary coach Nick Saban and is entering the draft one year early.
While playing for Alabama, Ruggs posted 98 receptions for 1,716 yards and 24 touchdowns. In addition, Ruggs rushed the ball twice for 75 yards and one touchdown in 2019. He has recorded 100 career rushes and receptions for 1,791 yards and 25 total touchdowns.
Ruggs will add to the Arizona offensive depth chart with his smooth transitions from complex routes, he has reliable hands and he’s also a prospect for special teams as he is an accomplished kick returner.
