This offseason has been the wildest in recent memory. These are the five biggest storylines during an unprecedented time in college football.

The last few weeks have been some of the most unpredictable in a long time, and the future of football in 2020 is hazy at best. The COVID-19 pandemic has halted all sports, but for how long we aren’t sure.

Facing this unprecedented future, Dabo Swinney and Mike Gundy have provided some wild, nonsensical, and even dangerous opinions on the pandemic and its effect on football.

However, as is his custom, Mike Leach has inserted himself into the news cycle, but this time for a far more serious offense.

The 2020 season hasn’t been cancelled yet and there is still intrigue aplenty regarding several on-field topics, namely the new quarterback running things at Georgia.

Of course, there’s also the storyline that has become a constant in the sport of college football. The Pac-12, once again, cemented its status as the least successful of the Power Five conferences in 2019, and it’s hard not to look at the leadership for blame.

It’s been a weird offseason, but even though the season is in jeopardy, there is no shortage of things to talk about in the world of college football.
