How good was Gregory Rousseau last season? He finished the season having the second-most sacks in the country with 15.5 behind only Ohio State’s Chase Young, who was the second pick in this year’s NFL draft.

Rousseau has the potential to be the first defensive player off the board in next year’s draft. He has elite measurables at 6-foot-6 and 260 pounds and has athleticism for days. He can bend and get around the edge as good as anyone in college football and he’s just scratching the surface of his potential.

The redshirt sophomore was not a starter at the beginning of the 2019 season, but he began to come on around midseason and never looked back. He showed his immense potential in the rivalry game against Florida State, a game in which he finished with four sacks. Rousseau finished the season with 15.5 sacks and 54 total tackles and has a lot of hype coming into the 2020 season.

The Miami star is ready to take college football by storm in 2020.
