Alabama Football: 3 possible transfer destinations for Taulia Tagovailoa
1. Hawaii Rainbow Warriors
Hawaii is the wild card option for Tagovailoa. He grew up in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, and moved to Alabama when his brother chose to play his college football there.
If his family wanted to return back to the Islands with his brother in the NFL, this could make sense as a logical transfer destination. This is entirely possible, but there’s also a slim possibility that the family packs up and moves down to Miami to be closer to Tua, but that’d be tough to guarantee since the NFL is a business and he could be on a new team in a few years.
Given he was talented enough to earn several SEC offers and earn some playing tide at Alabama last season, he’d likely be promised the starting job at some point in time upon arrival.
Although Nick Rolovich is gone, the future of Hawaii would be bright with Taulia bringing in some excitement and 2-3 years of the former four-star starting for his home-state Rainbow Warriors would be a huge recruiting tool for the new staff, too.
