Scouting Report. player. RB. Senior. Michael Carter. 3. Pick Analysis. 838

After rushing for over 500 yards as both a freshman and sophomore, Michael Carter had a breakout season with the Tar Heels as a junior in 2019.

Carter ran for 1,003 yards finishing third in the ACC while scoring three touchdowns. He averaged 5.7 yards per carry and added 154 receiving yards and two touchdowns earning third-team All-ACC honors.

Looking to improve, Carter is back for a Senior season. This is a wise move as Carter is already a top rusher in the conference but in today’s NFL would benefit from improving as a receiving back. If he can do that, he’ll prove why he was worthy of a spot on this list.

Pick Analysis. 849. RB. Sophomore. Javian Hawkins. 2. player. Scouting Report

Javian Hawkins played a crucial role in helping Louisville go from a two-win team to an eight-win club in just one season.

As a redshirt freshman in 2019, Hawkins ran for 1,525 yards with five touchdowns while averaging 5.8 yards per carry. He finished seventh in the nation in rushing, earned All-ACC second-team honors and totaled the third-most yards by a freshman in ACC history.

Hawkins is on his way to becoming the ACC’s top back and if it weren’t for perhaps the best in the nation in the same conference, he’d be No. 1 on this list.

player. 879. Pick Analysis. Travis Etienne. Senior. 1. Scouting Report. RB

Travis Etienne‘s decision to return to Clemson for his senior season came as a surprise to many, given how electric he’s been the past three seasons.

In his first three college seasons, he’s run for 4,038 yards and 56 touchdowns while adding 567 receiving yards and six touchdowns. He won the ACC Offensive Player of the Year award twice (2018, 2019), earned ACC First-Team honors twice (2018, 2019) and helped Clemson win a national title while making the College Football Playoff three times.

He is already the ACC’s all-time career rushing touchdown leader, all-time career total touchdown leader and all-time points leader for a non-kicker.

The fact he still hasn’t finished his college career is insanity and with another great year as a senior, he’ll likely solidify himself as a first-round draft pick in 2021.
