Coming off a national championship in 2013, the Florida State Seminoles seemed destined to repeat in 2014.

Reigning Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston guided the Seminoles to another perfect regular season that included victories over No. 22 Clemson, No. 5 Notre Dame and a 37-35 win over No. 12 Georgia Tech in the ACC title game.

The roster featured several other stars outside of Winston including Dalvin Cook, Jalen Ramsey, Ronald Darby and P.J. Williams.

In the 2014 Rose Bowl, the Seminoles saw their season come to an end in embarrassing fashion as they fell to Oregon 59-20.

With all the talent, it’s hard not to consider the 2014 Seminoles as one of the best teams formed to not finish their season off on top.
