Xavier Henderson is a defensive back that is just starting to scratch the surface of his potential.

At 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds, Henderson has length and speed is an excellent tackler. Like the other two prospects on this list, 2019 was Henderson’s first year as a full-time starter and he made the most of it by finishing the season with 83 tackles and two interceptions.

Henderson has yet to receive much recognition for his play but expect that too change in 2020.

I think that he is a potential All-Big Ten performer. Henderson will need to improve his deep coverage abilities because right now, I see him as an in the box safety that has limited coverage range deep. That should make him a day two pick right now but he has room to grow and that’s why I think he’s Michigan State’s top NFL prospect in 2020.
