4. Duke at No. 10 Notre Dame

This game is notable because it marks the first time in their storied history that Notre Dame will play in a conference game, which will just be strange to think about while watching this game.

Notre Dame is a team that is getting some playoff buzz early in this season and it is not hard to see why. They return a senior quarterback in Ian Book and one of the best offensive lines in all of college football, and now that they are playing in a conference, they will have a better path to playoff berth if they were to lose a game.

Duke should not be overlooked, as they return one of the best defensive players in the county in defensive end Chris Rumph and they have some talent at the quarterback position with Clemson transfer Chase Brice taking over under center.

The Blue Devils will be well-coached and have a tough defense so the Fighting Irish need to be prepared in their season opener.
