3. Pitt (vs. Louisville)

Pitt is ranked higher in the AP Top 25 (No. 21 vs. No. 24) and is also a three-point favorite. So technically, this would be an upset.

The Panthers are 2-0, looking for their first 3-0 start since 2014 and only the third time since 2000. Pitt has victories over Austin Peay and Syracuse and the Panthers defense has been a major reason why.  It’s only been two games, but Pitt has is ranked third in the country in yards per game allowed, giving up just 154 yards. They’re one of only five teams who have played multiple games to only give up one touchdown.

It’ll be interesting to see that defense against a high flying Louisville offense, which ranked 4th among teams who have played multiple games with 501 yards per game. The Cardinals will come out hot after a loss to Miami last week that Louisville looked extremely flat in the first half.
