2. Elijah Moore is an All-SEC receiver

All aboard the Elijah Moore hype train. The junior receiver was coming off a breakout sophomore campaign and continued that trajectory in the season opener against a Florida secondary that has been known for developing NFL stars left and right. He had a field day against the Gators, catching 10 passes for 227 yards without a touchdown.

Moore was all over the field for the Ole Miss offense and was a major reason as to why Matt Corral had a breakout game. He looked like that true go-to receiver and moving forward, that’s good news for a potentially-explosive offense. He led all receivers on Saturday with the monster game.

Ole Miss might not be contending for any titles this season, but let’s not overlook the fact that this team is going to be incredibly fun to watch moving forward.

It would be an absolute shock to see Moore regress after this performance as he looks like one of the best receivers not only in the SEC, but the entire nation.
