2. Ole Moss offense is legit

Matt Corral stepped up big for the Rebels offense, making all of the right decisions down the stretch, going 24-for-29, 312 yards and four touchdowns

After two games against formidable defenses, it’s safe to say this will be an exciting offense to keep an eye on in the SEC West. There were many times when the Rebs caught UK’s defense off guard with its fast-paced offense.

Ole Miss did most of their damage in the air. WR Johnathan Mingo was a key contributor, adding two touchdowns and 128 yards on the day. The Rebs didn’t get much going on the ground, which is something to work on including their defense who got torched for 559 total yards, including 408 rushing yards, as Kentucky had three different running backs go over 100 yards.

The Rebels could shape up to make some noise in Kiffin’s first season and could very well disrupt the hierarchy in the SEC West.
