13. Louisville Cardinals (1-3, 0-3)

It was easy to fall in love with the Louisville Cardinals after last season. Scott Satterfield adopted the kids after their mean poppa Bobby Petrino did not want them. Petrino had left those young men without much confidence and it was obvious he did not want to be there anymore. Satterfield set expectations early and many players did not buy what he was selling.

There was a point last season the Cardinals had only 39 scholarship players on their roster. Somehow, with grit, determination and Javian Hawkins, the Cardinals finished second in the ACC Atlantic and went to a bowl game.

This season, things are a bit different. The offense is still really good despite an offensive line that did not get better from last season and a defense that is not any good either. This has all been exposed. Two of their three losses were against teams with good defensive lines. That will continue this week against Notre Dame. Expect their slide to continue.
