1. Alabama has weapons on weapons

Alabama proved that they just have too many weapons for anyone to be able to catch up with. We start with Najee Harris, who gained 152 yards on 31 attempts and scored a touchdown.  The running back may just be the best in the nation right now and had another strong performance to prove that.

Oh, you have a good rushing defense? Awesome, can you stop three strong wideouts? First up, DeVonta Smith who finished with 167 yards and two touchdowns. His counterpart, Jaylen Waddle finished with 161 yards and a touchdown that went for 90 yards. Able to stop the two of them? They will just throw to John Metchie III who finished with 50 yards and a touchdown of his own.

Simply put, Alabama has too many weapons for you to keep up with and you will likely lose if you face them, so don’t get excited thinking that you have gotten better than the last time you faced them and that things will be different this time. It’s just not true. Sorry.
