2. Kyren Williams surpasses 1,000 yards

With only three games in the month, Kyren Williams needs to put up some big numbers to surpass 1,000 yards on the season.

In fact, he needs to average about 135 yards per game in the month to surpass that mark as he is entering November with 600 yards and seven touchdowns on 105 carries. Not only will he break the 1,000-yard mark in nine games, but he’s going to hit 10 touchdowns and he’ll maintain about a six yards per carry average.

Williams has been one of the biggest surprise stars in college football this season as the running back position was a major question mark for the Irish. It was expected to be a weakness for the offense, but that’s actually been the passing attack.

If Notre Dame wants to have a chance at a playoff berth, three things need to happen on offense: Ian Book needs to get back to his old self, a WR1 needs to emerge and Williams needs to continue his stellar play.

I see the latter two happening for sure.
