1. What’s next for these teams?

Indiana will close out the season with two of their final three games at home. The one road game being a tough one at No. 10 Wisconsin. The Hoosiers have been a resilient group all season long, and it is difficult to see one loss shake them. They will not be an easy out for Wisconsin, or whoever they meet in a bowl game.

Tom Allen has led this program to a turnaround that seemed unfathomable for many years. With him leading the way, look for Indiana to have more of these close, gritty games.

He said coming into this game, “We’re going to compete and we’re going to fight.” That is exactly what they did today and what they will do for the rest of the season.

Ohio State has a clear path to the Big Ten Championship and ultimately the College Football playoff. They wrap up with two road games against Illinois and Michigan State. Before closing out at The Shoe for the 2020 version of the Game. Winning out will have them in Indianapolis on Dec. 19.

The Buckeyes did not have their best outing today, especially in the secondary. They will need to go back to the drawing board and use the next few games to get right. They survived today, but may not survive against passing juggernauts such as Clemson and Alabama.
