2. USF finalizes its worst season ever

Things are bad in Tampa. The Bulls, with a loss, will finish their first season in program history where they didn’t win at least two games. Their only win will have come against FCS Citadel.

Yes, everyone knew that new head coach Jeff Scott would struggle this season, but things have gotten laughable for USF.

No one is giving the Bulls a shot to beat the Knights, who with a win will have tied the series history at 6-6, on the back of four straight wins will have caught up to USF. That losing streak to UCF is a personification of the issues USF had under Charlie Strong and have carried over to this season for USF.

A program with the same resources, about a 90 minute drive away, has built an on-campus stadium, indoor practice facility, won multiple conference championships and major bowl games, and even could claim a national championship.

Things are bad for the Bulls, and they can see UCF pulling away from them.
