Indiana does it again

It’s pretty incredible what Tom Allen has done as the Indiana football coach and this past Saturday was maybe the Hoosiers most impressive showing yet.

Indiana football already beat Michigan and Penn State at home this season and also gave Ohio State a pretty good run for its money at the Horseshoe. But without its starting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. few thought Indiana would be able to win in Madison.

Think again.

Backup quarterback Jack Tuttle threw two touchdown passes and didn’t have any turnovers as the Hoosiers beat Wisconsin 14-6. The defense was incredible and got two key takeaways and then just held on at the end.

The Hoosiers will have two games left even if they don’t play in the Big Ten title game because all Big Ten teams will play championship weekend.

It would give Indiana a chance against Iowa or Wisconsin again and if Ohio State wins the Big Ten title, and even if it doesn’t this team belongs in a New Year’s Six bowl. Period.
