3. North Carolina has the best running back duo in the country

We learned on Saturday that North Carolina has the best duo at running back in the country. The Tar Heels made everything look easy at Miami on Saturday during their 62-26 victory. But it was Javonte Williams and Michael Carter who made the Canes’ defense look absolutely silly on Saturday.

Williams rushed for 236 yards on 23 carries and three touchdowns while Carter added 308 yards on 24 carries and two touchdowns.

Their combined total of 544 rushing yards is the most in NCAA history by two backs on the same team.

What made their performance even more impressive was the way they ran right through Miami defenders and then past them. It was truly the best performance by two teammates in college football history.
