2. Five Star OLB Xavian Sorey

One of Georgia’s signees on early signing day, Xavian Sorey is an exceptional athlete at the linebacker position and is someone that should see the field at least on special teams early on and then work his way to a bigger on the field role as the season goes on in 2021.

Kirby Smart has done a very good job at going to the state of Florida to find talent and adding Sorey to this class just goes to show that Georgia has the ability to go out of state and get the top recruits in the country.

Georgia has been relying on seniors on defense a lot this season and that will lead to some opportunities for some younger players in 2021, especially at the linebacker position.

Some classified Sorey as an athlete, but he should see the majority of his snaps at the linebacker position while he is in Athens.
