What’s next?

Regardless of the outcome today, both programs have a lot to be excited about.

For Ole Miss, the Rebels will continue to build up this high powered offense. They currently have the 21st best recruiting class for the 2021 season according to 247Sports. This includes 4 star recruits at the QB, TE, and WR positions.

The message is clear from Kiffin. They want to put up a ton of points and compete with the best offenses the SEC has to offer.

As for Indiana, Tom Allen has done an excellent job in building up this program. The Hoosiers are 14-7 in the past two seasons with wins over: Michigan, Penn State, Wisconsin and a one possession loss against Ohio State.

If they can get Michael Penix back at 100%, they have a chance to compete for a New Year’s Six bowl once again this time next year. They are potentially losing their top two receivers in Ty Fryfogle and Whop Philyor, but will bring back Miles Marshall who averaged over 15 yards per reception on the year.
