2. Sam Howell will be one of nation’s best QBs in 2021

Between Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields, Mac Jones and Kyle Trask, this was a really talented year for quarterbacks in college, but the top spot in 2021 appears to be wide open and I think that Sam Howell will be right there next season.

Howell will be the most accomplished quarterback entering the ACC next season and should be the early favorite to be first team All-ACC next season and could be a contender for the Heisman and to be the first pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Howell will have some brand new weapons next year, but no Clemson on the schedule means a chance for plenty of ACC wins and earn national recognition that he did not quite achieve in 2020.
