Tight End

Starter: Will Mallory
Backup: Elijah Arroyo

For the first time in three years, Brevin Jordan will not be lining up as the starting tight end for the Miami Hurricanes. Jordan was an exceptional athlete at the position and was able to create a lot of mismatches while he was there.

The good thing for Miami is that the new starter Will Mallory has plenty of experience and should step into the starting role seamlessly, as he had to do multiple times whenever Jordan would be out due to injury.

The battle to be Mallory’s backup will be interesting. Guys like Dominic Mammarelli have the experience, but I’m going with the talented freshman Elijah Arroyo. I wrote about how talented Arroyo was and I think that the Texas-native will be an instant impact guy for the Hurricanes.

Despite Jordan’s absence, I think that Miami will be just fine at tight end.
