16. Jimmy Kimmel – Arizona State

The host of Jimmy Kimmel Live is the biggest celebrity backer of Arizona State Sun Devils football. How big of a fan is he? Well, he attended the 2014 Pac-12 Media Days so he could hang out with quarterback Taylor Kelly and Jamil Douglas.

He is also very confident in the Sun Devils so much so that he even picked Arizona State to win the national championship even though they weren’t playing in the game. It’s that type of loyalty and blind faith that makes Kimmel the easy call to represent ASU.

Kimmel is one of the good guys on TV who has never forgotten where he’s come from and often mentions his time spent growing up in Las Vegas on his show and other mediums and that includes his time as a student in Tempe.

Who would have known then that the campus would later have one of the transcendent figures on late night television? Probably not many. Kimmel has come a long way since The Man Show and Crank Yankers and helped bring ABC into the late-night game to compete with CBS and NBC who long were the two staples of the late-night talk show circuit
