12. Sit in the Sea of Red at Nebraska

You can’t have a college football bucket list without making a trip to Lincoln, Nebraska to see the Cornhuskers in action.

Tickets will be hard to get through because they have an NCAA record with now 375 consecutive sellouts (and counting) which began in 1962. Let that sink in for a second. Every single football game Nebraska has played since John F. Kennedy was President of the United States has been played in front of a standing-room-only crowd at Memorial Stadium.

If you’re lucky enough to get tickets and can sit among the Sea of Red, consider yourself lucky to be in the stadium that has seen some of the best football teams in college football history and where legendary coach Tom Osborne once paced the sidelines.

Go Big Red!
