Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Indiana Hoosiers. 9. Nov. 6. Ann Arbor (Mich.). player. 813

Michigan will have one of the most difficult November schedules in the country and it starts with a home game against Indiana, who had one of the best seasons in school history in 2020. That Indiana team returns the big contributors in quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and wide receiver Ty Fryfogle. Tom Allen has built Indiana into one of the most consistent programs in the Big Ten and 2021 could be the big payoff.

I think that Indiana will once again be a solid team and despite this game being in Ann Arbor, I think the Hoosiers will get the best of Michigan once again. Their defense will frustrate Cade McNamara and get a few turnovers and Indiana will get a huge victory.

Final Score: Michigan 27, Indiana 34 (7-2, 4-2)

University Park (Penn.). player. Scouting Report. Nov. 13. 10. 806. Pick Analysis. Penn State Nittany Lions

This was a game last year between two of the most disappointing teams in the country, but it should be a better affair in 2021. Penn State finished the season strong after a bad start and is hoping that it can use the momentum it got from that strong finish. Penn State made some changes to the offensive staff and are hoping that new offensive coordinator Mike Yurich can spark an offense that could not get going, especially through the air.

These two teams are evenly-matched and both are facing questions on both sides of the ball. Penn State has been a consistent program under James Franklin and should be in for a bounce-back season. I think that I trust Penn State more at home to get the win.

Final Score: Michigan 31, Penn State 34 (7-3, 4-3)
