Sept 18. Winston-Salem (NC). Wake Forest Demon Deacons. player. Pick Analysis. 889. Scouting Report. 3

After a couple of home games to start the season, Florida State will hit the road for the first time in 2021 to take on division rival Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons will be returning a lot of production on offense from last season and should be a solid team next year. Winston-Salem is always a tough place to play and a win here for Florida State is probably a must if they hope to get to a bowl game.

This should be a very tight game. If Florida State can get Wake Forest QB Sam Hartman to turn the ball over like he did in their bowl game vs Wisconsin, FSU has a shot to win this game. I believe in McKenzie Milton enough for Florida State to get a much-needed win on the road.

Final Score: Florida State 34, Wake Forest 33 (2-1, 1-0 ACC)

849. Scouting Report. Sept 25. Tallahassee (FL). Louisville Cardinals. 4. player. Pick Analysis

After a big win over Wake Forest, Florida State will return home to take on another division in Louisville. Louisville had a disappointing season in 2020 due to a horrible defense and an inconsistent offense and that offense lost their top two playmakers in Javian Hawkins and Tutu Atwell to the NFL Draft.

Louisville does return quarterback Malik Cunningham, but he had an up and down season last year and needs to bounce back or the offense could be turned over to Nebraska transfer Luke McCaffrey.

I was someone that was high on Louisville last season, but they are a team that I’m finding hard to trust in 2021. Scott Satterfield is a good coach, but I don’t trust the Cardinal’s defense or playmakers on offense. Florida State gets another much-needed win.

Final Score: Florida State 35, Louisville 31 (3-1, 2-0 ACC)
