7. player. 891. Pick Analysis. Tallahassee (FL). Scouting Report. Oct 23. UMass Minutemen

After a tough loss to North Carolina, Florida State will hit their bye week and come back home to get a game vs the worst team at the FBS level. UMass is an FCS-level program that is trying to play FBS-level football and it is not going well for them. This should be the easiest game on the schedule for the Seminoles (yes, easier than Jacksonville State) and should be a blowout early.

Final Score: Florida State 55, UMass 0 (5-2, 3-1 ACC)

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Clemson Tigers. player. 879. Oct 30. Clemson (SC). 8

With Florida State one win away from bowl eligibility, they will have to take on the ACC powerhouse Clemson in Death Valley, in a game that the Tigers will be very much looking forward to. Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney was upset about Florida State canceling the game due to COVID concerns. Dabo has no trouble finding ways to get his team motivated and the Tigers will be more than ready for Florida State.

This used to be the premier game in the ACC, but because the Seminoles have fallen on hard times and Clemson is one of the best programs in the entire country it’s not anymore. There is just too big of a talent gap between these teams and add the motivation factor for Clemson, this game will get ugly quickly.

Final Score: Florida State 13, Clemson 56 (5-3, 3-2)
