1. The secondary

The biggest question mark hands down on the Georgia football team for the fall will be the secondary, especially cornerback. Last year’s starters Eric Stokes and Tyson Campbell are off to the NFL and Tyrique Stevenson transferred to Miami. Georgia great Richard LeCounte is also gone at safety and his experience and leadership will be very much missed on the field.

The candidates to step in and replace those guys are former five star recruit Kelee Ringo and Ameer Speed. Ringo was the top rated high school cornerback a couple of recruiting cycles ago, but a knee injury kept him on the sideline and he was not able to flash his immense talent.

Lewis Cine will be one of the more experienced players in the secondary and he will have to be one of the leaders for Georgia this spring and fall and help the growth of the younger players.

Georgia’s secondary will be put to the test right away in their first game against Clemson, so the spring is a good chance to figure some things out. This is the key headline for the Bulldogs this fall.
