Games 9-12

Texas A&M: Loss

A team who just missed the playoffs with a championship-winning HC in Jimbo Fisher will be hosting the Auburn Tigers after a multitude of hard-hitting games for the latter. Steer clear from this one CFB fans, it won’t even be worth watching.

Mississippi State: Loss

The Bulldogs should see better days for their program’s quality of performance (especially on the offensive side) in Mike Leach’s second year of coaching them. However, Auburn could still compete for the win here.

Unfortunately, the physicality of their previous month or so of SEC battles will catch up to them, and be a driving force in Mississippi State coming out on top.

South Carolina: Win

Finally, a break for the Tigers has appeared. The Gamecocks will be one of the worst teams in the conference in 2021, and will consequently serve as a punching bag for Auburn before rivalry week.

Alabama: Loss

The last loss of Auburn’s regular season will most likely be their worst as well. The defending champions will come into Jordan-Hare, win by over 30, and head back to Tuscaloosa to prepare for yet another SEC title game. And yes, they will make it look as simple as it sounds.

The Auburn Tigers will just barely sneak into the postseason with an even 6-6 regular-season record. They will make an irrelevant bowl, possibly lose it, and finish 2021 at the tier of SEC hierarchy that Kentucky is typically used to. Not a fabulous beginning to the Bryan Harsin era.
