#3: Florida Gators

Not many teams have as notorious of a uniform design as the Florida Gators. Similar to LSU’s purple and yellow scheme, blue and orange is not exactly a combo that would look overly great in one’s mind, especially with the powerful shades of said colors that UF chose for their football team.

Yet the Gators pull it off, and do so pretty darn well.

The basic uniform layout photographed above is the best one Florida has to offer. The white pants, blue jersey, and orange helmet all fall into place perfectly considering how they are designed with the lines and their patterns.

But of course, what makes the Gators pop on the field every Saturday are their famous helmets, with the scriptwriting of the word “Gators” in cursive. It is so strange, yet works so well with their visuals, helping earn them the number-3 spot.
