31. WR . Devonta Smith. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Alabama. 11

A lot of people seem to be underrating Smith due to his lack of size, however, that didn’t seem to hinder him at all when he played for the Crimson Tide.

To me, he’s the best wide receiver in this draft and I think the Giants will pounce on him and pass on the chance to draft Jaylen Waddle. Really, with either dude, it’s hard to go wrong.

Scouting Report. LT. Northwestern. Pick Analysis. Rashawn Slater. 12. player. 54

The Eagles might be fine at tackle if Lane Johnson can stay healthy but that could be a big if and the Eagles won’t pass on one of the best offensive linemen in the entire draft here, taking Slater out of Northwestern.

Taking an offensive lineman isn’t super sexy, especially with Waddle sitting on the board to pair with former Alabama QB Jalen Hurts.

Yet, the draft is really deep at receiver and the Eagles used a first-round pick on a wideout last year, so now it’s time to address the line while adding a playmaker later on in the 2021 NFL draft.
