#11: Tennessee Volunteers

The Vols, too, have been placed in the hands of a new face at head coach. That face belongs to Josh Heupel. Many UT fans were upset about this hire, as Heupel has very little HC experience, and the tiny bit that he does have saw the sizable decline of Central Florida. Yikes.

#10: Auburn Tigers

Former Tigers head coach Gus Malzahn had an abundance of flaws, but his firing was still rather uncalled for. Despite this, Auburn has found what I feel is a solid replacement in Bryan Harsin. But Harsin will have virtually no early success anyway, as he is beginning his biggest HC job yet, in the physical SEC West.

#9: Mississippi State Bulldogs

I am a huge Mike Leach fan, and I firmly believe that he can have Mississippi State reaching some decent heights eventually. But this is only his second year with the school, with recruits that can rarely outlast those of just about all of their divisional counterparts. The Bulldogs will be formidable next season, but nothing more.
