1. Darnell Washington

I think the guy that has a chance to breakout in 2021 and not just become a star, but a superstar is tight end Darnell Washington. He is one of the biggest mismatches in the entire country because of his size and athleticism and I think that he is going to have a chance to shine in the second year of Todd Monken’s offense.

In the bowl game against Cincinnati, Washington showed that he has the potential to be one of the biggest playmakers in this offense and I think an offseason to work with JT Daniels as the No. 1 quarterback will only benefit a player like Washington.

With incredible size at 6-foot-7, 260 pounds, Washington is a threat from anywhere on the field. Whether he is going up the seam or in the red zone, Daniels will be looking to Washington early and often this upcoming season for the Bulldogs, especially with George Pickens out for the season.

I expect a monster season for Darnell Washington and for him to potentially be an All-American candidate.
