Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. DT. Florida State. Marvin Wilson . 2. player. 53

Before the 2020 college football season, Marvin Wilson seemed like he would be the first interior defensive linemen off the board. Now, it is unclear what round Wilson will go in. A team could fall in love with his tape from before he was a senior and see that he still has potential and take him in the late second or early third round. A team could also see the tape of his senior season and shy away from taking Wilson.

A team that I think will be interested in interior defensive linemen in this draft is the Cleveland Browns. After cutting Sheldon Richardson recently, the Browns are needing some help in the middle of their defense. I think that Wilson could be a great complement to the guys that Cleveland has on the edge in Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney.

Wilson can collapse the pocket from the middle and apply pressure to the quarterback, which would the defense well. Look for Cleveland to target interior linemen and Wilson would be a great fit.

Projection: 89th to the Cleveland Browns
