2. Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks had a pretty wild and crazy offseason for a while. The crazy part was it involved their signal-caller and star quarterback Russell Wilson.

There were a lot of rumors that Wilson was unhappy with the Seahawks and wanted a trade, but those rumors have seemed to calm down and stopped for the time being. At the same time, it’s never too early to think about a potential replacement under center if a trade does happen in the future with Wilson.

There are some similar traits when you look at Ian Book and Russell Wilson. Book like Wilson is not the biggest quarterback out there and is very good on the run with his feet as well. I do not see Book going as high as Wilson did when he was drafted years ago, but would not shock me to see the Seahawks select Book.

The Seahawks’ backup is currently Geno Smith, so a quarterback being drafted by Seattle in the middle to later rounds has a very high chance of happening in this year’s draft. Ian Book could be heading back to the West Coast where he grew up.
