6. Charleston Rambo, WR Miami (FL)

Wide receivers are common to the portal because there are only so many balls to go around. Rambo had 743 yards on 43 receptions and five touchdowns for Oklahoma back in 2019 but took a step back last season.

Miami had a need at receiver and it has a veteran quarterback in D’Eriq King. Rambo can stretch the field and has the potential to be a No. 1 with the Canes.

5. Mike Jones, LB LSU

Ed Orgeron has found plenty of success in the transfer portal with LSU and his top target this offseason was Mike Jones, at least at the linebacker position.

Jones can step in and start for Jabril Cox. He might even be an upgrade. Jones didn’t play as well at Clemson as some expected but 26 tackles, four tackles for loss, and two interceptions last season.

The Tigers are hoping he can be their next stud at linebacker and like some others on this list, he did a great job of choosing a place that needed him.
