When Tommy Bush was in high school in Schertz, Texas, he had every team in the country calling him. He held nearly 50 offers and ended up choosing Georgia after taking all of his visits and Baylor had to feel like it missed an opportunity to keep one of the best receivers in the 2018 class home and the Bears could now get another crack at him.

Baylor pushed hard for Bush and even LSU offered the talented wide receiver while Dave Aranda was the defensive coordinator there.

And although Bush currently has a crystal ball prediction on 247Sports to North Texas, you can’t rule out some of the bigger names on the market. He drew major interest right when he hit the portal and that probably hasn’t gone away even though he hasn’t played much in three years.

Bush didn’t record any stats while at Georgia which was surprising, but he was buried on the depth chart behind some talented wide outs.

Waco could be a great spot for Bush to land on his feet and finish his career on a high note, especially since the Bears need depth at receiver.
