3. Ohio State will have over 500 yards of total offense

Ohio State boasts what might be the most talented offense in the country and they are loaded at every position. While CJ Stroud might be inexperienced at quarterback, he will have five high-quality receivers to throw to and capable backs to run the ball.

Ohio State should have no trouble moving the ball against the Minnesota defense.

While I think the Golden Gophers will be better on the defensive side of the ball, they are going to have a hard time stopping the Buckeyes. There are not any difference-makers for Minnesota on defense like there was in 2019 when they boasted a solid unit on that side of the ball.

Look for Ohio State to hit a big play early and try to keep it raining from there. With Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Julian Fleming, and freshman Emeka Egbuka, the Buckeyes are going to have plenty of options to test the Golden Gophers secondary. The running game is going to be tough to stop as well.

Look for Ohio State to move the ball at will on Thursday and in addition to topping 500 total yards, the Buckeyes will eclipse the 50-point mark as well.
