Kyren Willams scores two touchdowns for Irish

Kyren Williams arrived on the college football scene last year and did not disappoint at all. Coming into this year it is kind of shocking to see the disrespect for the Irish running back after the numbers he put up last year.

The St Louis native rushed for 1,125 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground in his first full season suiting up for the Irish.

What makes Williams such a dangerous playmaker is he is just not a runner and is a huge part of the passing game as well. Kyren Williams is able to go out and get passes out in the flats and run some pretty good routes too as he had 35 receptions for 313 yards and one receiving touchdown.

Williams seems to have really bulked up and hit the weight room this offseason so we should be even seeing a bigger and stronger back overall for Notre Dame in the backfield.

Notre Dame has other talented backs in Chris Tyree and C’Bo Flemister who should see the field as well on Sunday night. This still will not stop Kyren Williams from crossing the goal line for two touchdowns against Florida State.
