3. CJ Stroud is a star

Last week we were introduced to CJ Stroud as a starter for Ohio State and he played well, especially in the second half. Stroud continued where he left off last week and was really good for the Buckeyes on Saturday against Oregon.

Stroud completed 34 passes for a whopping 484 yards in the air and three touchdowns. The freshman gunslinger just had one bad throw that he wishes he could get back. The throw resulted in an interception as Ohio State was driving for a potential score late in the fourth quarter to tie up the game at 35 apiece.

Stroud was the main reason behind the Buckeyes almost pulling off the huge comeback victory. Not only is he the best quarterback in the Big Ten, but it’s time to put him in the category for one of the best quarterbacks in the whole country.

Ohio State has a good one for the next few years in Columbus.
