1. Junior Isaiah Spiller is the best teammate this team could have

Junior running back Isaiah Spiller had all of 20 yards rushing against Colorado, something that was the opposite of anyone’s prediction about this game.

However, he had 56 receiving yards and a touchdown that put the Aggies in front for good. All of those numbers aren’t very eye-popping or anything special like that, but he was out there blocking for Achane and for other receivers and when his number was called- he made the play that was necessary.

Texas A&M football is undefeated when Spiller gets 17 or more touches. He only got eight and then had six catches, including the touchdown shown above that put the Aggies on top late in the fourth.

All in all, though, he was the teammate his team needed both on the field and off. He could be seen hyping up the crowd along with guys like Chase Lane when the defense was on the field and was making blocks that needed to be made for his teammates.

I’m telling you right now that Spiller will be the reason that the Aggies win a lot of games this season.
