1. Alabama’s defense

I think that Alabama is going to rely on their defense a lot on Saturday to set everything up. Florida has a lot of question marks to answer in this game on offense and this is quite possibly the best defense in the country.

Florida took advantage of some matchups in last year’s SEC Championship Game, but they no longer have Kyle Pitts or Kadarius Toney to exploit any weakness on the Alabama defense. Florida has a couple of talented backs in Demarkcus Bowman and Lorenzo Lingard, but neither has shown they can be a three-down back. The wide receivers are a question mark and this Alabama secondary is excellent.

Star pass rusher Will Anderson is a question mark heading into this game with an injury and that could be significant because the other pass rusher, Christopher Allen is already out for the season.

I think that Alabama is going to keep this Florida offense at bay and hold them under twenty points this week and that is going to be the difference.
