College Football 2021: Top 3 under-the-radar games to watch in Week 7

1. Air Force at Boise State
The Falcons and Broncos meet up Saturday night in a Mountain West showdown. This game may provide a little more clarity in the Mountain division race. Boise State has won four straight in the series and Air Force’s last win in Boise was during the 2015 season.
Boise State is riding high after upsetting BYU last week. It should give the Broncos some confidence with their goal of a conference title still in front of them. However it will not be easy, especially against Air Force. The Falcons run the ball well. It is pretty much all they do. The Broncos know what is coming but can they stop it? They allow 180 yards on the ground per game and against Air Force, every defender has to play sound football. Missed assignments will lead to trouble.
On the other side, if Air Force wants to come out of Boise with a win, they need to find a way to contain the Broncos passing game. In their lone loss, Air Force allowed Utah State to rack up over 250 yards through the air. They must not allow a repeat performance. Keep pounding the rock as usual on offense and at least limit Boise State’s opportunities in the passing game are Air Force’s keys to victory.
Boise State has been in the last four Mountain West championship games, winning two of them. This year’s team does not appear as strong as previous years. Air Force would love to make a statement that it is a different year and they are gunning for a conference title.
