Wide Receiver Jayden Reed

As I mentioned earlier this was not the best offensive game on either side, but a bright spot alongside Walker III for Michigan State football was Jayden Reed at wide receiver.

The Chicagoland native in Reed had four catches for 70 yards against Indiana. This was his third highest game in receiving yards so far this year with his best games going for 181 yards against Youngstown State which was a career-high, and 127 yards against Western Kentucky.

What is impressive is that Reed has not had more than 5 receptions in any games this year. Shows you that he is coming through in big plays when his number is called by the coaching staff.

Makes you wonder what his averages would be if he caught a few more passes here and there. Maybe we will soon find out in the remaining games of the year.
