College Football Week 9: Saturday 12:00-3:00

Michigan vs Michigan State, Fox 12 PM EST

Settle in because this game will be a war. You will also be on your couch forever as any regular fan knows that Fox loves to squeeze every possible commercial it can into a college football game.

Still, the atmosphere is going to be electric. These programs hate each other and each has surprised to make a run in the Big Ten and at the College Football Playoff.

Whoever loses on Saturday will see their division title hopes and playoff chances take a huge hit. But what better way to start a college football Saturday than a top-10 rivalry game?

Others to watch

Iowa travels to Wisconsin (ESPN, 12 PM EST) in a game that will be interesting. Iowa lost to Purdue at home and last week, the Badgers beat the Boilermakers on the road, so who the hell knows what’s going on in the Big Ten West? This should provide some clarity.

Another important game is between Baylor and Texas. The Bears are tied for second in the Big 12 with Iowa State and Oklahoma State.

The Longhorns are going to need to win out if they want to get another shot at Oklahoma and it starts with beating Baylor (ABC, 12 PM EST).
