3. Alabama (7-1)

Week 9 result: Bye

Alabama had a bye this week. I’m sure Nick Saban made his team put in extra work on defense during this off week as that has been their achilles’ heel all season.

They’ll need to have some very improvements on that side of the ball if they want to make the College Football Playoff because they simply cannot slip up again.

The Crimson Tide will welcome their rival LSU to town this upcoming Saturday for what should be a blowout.

Next game: vs LSU

My prediction: Win 45-17
