How will the Hokies play the last two games with head coach Justin Fuente and Virginia Tech agreeing to part ways this week? Will the players circle the wagons and rally to get to a bowl game, or are they checked out, ready for winter break?

Both Virginia and Miami are winnable, but Virginia is still in the hunt for the coastal, and the Hurricanes are also playing for an opportunity to get to a bowl game. Not to mention that Virginia is also a rivalry game.

No matter how the season shakes out for the ‘Noles, Mike Norvell has turned a corner with this program. All the players who did not buy into what Norvell was selling are gone, and the remaining players have left it all out on the field this season.

Florida State has to win out to play in a bowl game. That is only possible because of their comeback win against Miami. Florida State has a chance in both of their remaining games against Boston College and Florida. It would be awesome if they could make a bowl.

Boston College head coach Jeff Hafley did a fantastic job keeping the Eagles competitive while quarterback Phil Jurkovec was out with a wrist injury. Jurkovec was thought lost for the season with the injury but returned against Virginia Tech.

The Notre Dame transfer knocked off some rust against the Hokies, then exploded for five touchdowns against Georgia Tech. The biggest question for the Eagles might not be which bowl, but can we keep our head coach?
