1. Achane, the hot hand, should have had the ball more

Isaiah Spiller saw the ball enough to gain his 1,000 yards on the season and was the go-to back at the end of the game. However, Achane was the hot hand and should have been the go-to back throughout the game.

The Aggies needed to get the running game going and Achane was doing just that. However, they stopped giving him the ball and switched to Spiller instead whose patience got him in trouble more times than it helped.

Jimbo Fisher has made some questionable calls late in games, this one being no exception. I am sure though that Achane should have been given the ball more. When he becomes the featured back next season, will he be given the props he deserves?

We will see, but for now, he finishes just shy of the 1,000-yard mark in the regular season due to a coach not letting him run and a strong defensive showing by LSU.
